UEM Series Overview
The UEM series of single and three-phase kilowatt-hour (kWh) meters by Algodue provide a high-quality and cost-competitive solution for real-time power monitoring and accumulative power usage recording where advanced power quality parameters do not need to be measured.
There are meter options available for 40/80A direct and 1/5A CT connect for current measurement.
With various communications options these kilowatt hour meters can connect easily with a BMS, EMS or PCMS via high level interface including Modbus-TCP/IP (Ethernet), Modbus-RTU/ASCII (RS485), and MBus.
The Ethernet models include an integrated webserver for remote viewing of real-time values, data-logging, device configuration and setup. Furthermore, this web-browser interface provides the option to setup NTP server time sync and scheduled FTP transmission of logged data.

RS485 Modbus-RTU/ASCII
The RS485 versions communicate via Modbus-RTU/ASCII. This option allows for device configuration directly or from a PC using the Algodue WintoolNET application.
Ethernet Modbus-TCP/IP
The Ethernet versions communicate via Modbus-TCP/IP providing for a quick and simple setup solution including the benefits associated with an IP based system. These models also have the ability to sync with an NTP server for synchronised and timestamped data logging and reporting. This option allows for device configuration directly or from a PC using the Algodue WintoolNET application or the integrated webserver.
Integrated Webserver
The Ethernet versions also include an integrated webserver providing a user friendly interface for initial setup, viewing real-time and historical data, manual download of recordings to a csv file, and setup of scheduled FTP push.
